Among them are the following articles: “Compulsory performance of judgments”(2010), a comment on “Legality of currency loans”(2010), “Some aspects of concentration” (2009), “Validity of using of interlocks vehicle” (2009), “How to determine the size of moral damage?” (2008), “Order of termination of agency contract” (2007) etc.

Experience:

• Known as a specialist in the field of judicial protection in the sphere of corporate conflicts.
• Represented SE “Electrotyazhmash” in a tax dispute worth more than 2 million UAH.
• Implemented a legal support to nominate a candidate for the post of President of Ukraine Tigipko S.L., elections 2009 – 2010.
• Accompanied the process of recapitalization of one of the biggest Ukrainian banks.
• Expert in disputes relating to the protection of honor, dignity and goodwill.
• Represented the interests of a big Ukrainian gas producing company in a dispute with the supervisory authorities on the legality of licensing for the development of gas field in Lugansk region.
• Has a considerable experience in resolving disputes relating to the protection of the interests of economic entities  in a gas industry (disputes for debt collection, recognition of property rights to natural gas).
• At the present time performs a legal protection and represents the interests of a few to recapitalize the banks in disputes in the recovery of bad debts.
